About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer – Civil.
We are looking for an experienced project delivery professional, to lead the technical aspects across multiple areas in the project management framework. You will be exposed to projects at every phase from tender through to delivery.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary on offer.
Our projects, primarily involving civil, structural and electrical scope, include transmission lines and substations with project values typically ranging between $5M and $50M.
Projects may be based in metro Melbourne or in regional Victoria. When working regionally there will be a 10:4 or 11:3 roster and you will be paid a 25% salary uplift as well as a living away from home allowance.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Scoping, coordinating, and delivering projects from proposal through execution to close out, ensuring technical requirements are being fulfilled, as well as meeting scheduling, budgeting and quality requirements
- Providing overall technical leadership on engineering aspect projects
- Leading and developing a team of PEs to deliver successful project outcomes, while creating a positive and collaborative work culture
- Managing the allocation, utilisation and performance of PEs reporting to the role
- Supporting the development of PEs reporting to the role
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers and subcontractors from the bidding phase through to project execution
- Unwavering commitment to delivering projects safely
About You
- Civil Engineering or Construction related Degree
- Project Management and/or Construction Management experience delivering design and construction works
- Experience with managing all facets of project delivery across multiple projects from initiation to closeout
