ASIAN TIGER INITIATIVES / ASIAN TIGER ACADEMY
• Oversees the coordination, management and execution of programs that support the organisation mission.
• Research, planning, develop, defining, revising , operational for the organisation and report directly to the stakeholder.
• Prepares budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports as needed
• Implementing the academy’s program – aims to promote new economic catalysts for Malaysia where we support high-tech industries through policy formulation and create opportunities for Malaysians to participate in high-tech jobs created by the tech industries.

Head Of Strategy (Political Strategy)

• Dealing with VVIPs, high ranking armed forces officers, exposure in political strategy, media, cyber military intelligence, and analytics.
• Led a team of 30 in designing and delivering strategic political messages by producing 240 mini documentary episodes while liaising with 13 Ministers, 4 Deputy Ministers and 31 members of Parliament.
• Planning operations on ground especially in producing “micro targeting” videos
• Heavily involved in “micro-targeting” projects for 50 parliamentary seats across Malaysia:
i. Liaise with representatives to highlight achievements, uniqueness and social developments within the area.
ii. Engaging with the locals for more information regarding on ground sentiments
iii.Deepunderstandingoftheprevailingsocial,economicandpoliticaldynamicsofaregion
iv. Created in-depth reports on findings such as grassroots support, crowd estimation, party’s alignment and spontaneous updates throughout these events.

• Provided strategic communications framework and immediate action plan for VVIPs during as a part of the crisis management team leader.
• Analyse and interpret media findings
• Monitor responses from targeted audience towards political happenings
• Predict results of upcoming General Election & by-elections:
i. Devise political day-to-day strategies for highly ranked government officials based on social media sentiments.
ii. Collect, analyse, and interpret data such as election results and public opinion surveys.
• Strategized a morale boosting campaign among Malaysian Armed Forces members in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence.
