Mentored by Drs. Peter Hoonakker and Pascale Carayon, worked on grant from CQPI attempting to define the use of TQM in construction safety management. We performed comprehensive literature reviews, interview studies, and several survey studies. We presented the results of our work at several regional and national/international conferences and published in the Total Quality Management journal (TQM)
