Be responsible for cost management, including the processes involved in planning, estimating, budgeting and controlling costs.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Managing cost plan, tender preparation, tender procedure, tender evaluation, contract management (FIDIC).
• Post contract services include interim payment, contractor’s claim, variation order, final account and monthly financial report.

Cost Manager

• Be responsible for cost planning, cost control, procurement management, construction cost management and the associated reporting duties of building construction projects with responsibility of establishing cost data base;
• Monitoring of procurement process including tendering, recommendation and contract award;
• Administration of payment process, variations costs, claims and final account and prepare monthly financial reports;
• Advise project team on cost effective and value-added improvement works;
• Manage and monitor Consultants and Contractors performance in costs and contractual aspects.

Quantity Surveyor

• Work on the conceptual & preliminaries cost estimate, cost exercise, budget for approval;
• Pre-Qualification;
• Tender Documentations, BoQ and Pre-Tender Estimate;
• Tender Evaluation, Tender Interview, Tender Reports and Assessed Tender Price;
• Value Engineering;
• Contract Documentations.
• Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) and Final Payment;
• Verifying, and evaluating Contractors and Sub-Contractors’ claims for Variation Order (VO);
• Assessment of Extension of Time Claims (EOT);
• Cost Allocation and Monthly Financial Report;
• Compiling Final Accounts for each trade Contract and for the Project as a whole;
• Attend various project management and design meetings.
