The Iskandar Malaysia Accolades or TIMA is now a platform to promote and recognize the implementation of Smart City Iskandar Malaysia whilst Property Foresight will form the foundation of IMUO.

    Headed the estate agency department of this firm of registered property managers, valuers and estate agents on a partnership basis responsible for project marketing and marketing consultancy. Also initiated a corporate rebranding exercise and expansion of corporate clientele.

    In charge of two separate departments, Planning of development projects over hundreds of thousands of acres of plantation landbank throughout the country and Property Management of commercial and residential properties which saw the successful refurbishment of Wisma Tractors, an office building in Subang Jaya, and its rebranding into Wisma Consplant 2 to retain and maximize its investment value. Wisma Consplant 1 & 2 now form part of a prominent property trust fund launched in December 2010.

    Was the pioneer member of this then wholly-owned property arm of Sime Darby Plantation (known as Sime Darby Land prior to being absorbed under Sime Darby Property), instrumental in the setting up of the company including proposing its name and organizational structure, and assembling the initial team.

    Initially appointed as Assistant Property Manager responsible for planning, marketing and sales and property management until promoted to head the Planning Division undertaking existing residential projects as well as planning a new office building in the JB City Centre, now known as Menara Ansar and a major township development in Ulu Tiram that includes one of the first gated and guarded homestead developments in Malaysia. A subsidiary of Kulim (M) Berhad, the company has now been merged with Johor Land under Johor Corporation.

    Trainee Surveyor

    Apprenticeship under one of the senior partners as well as the firm\’s consultant in professional works involving mainly office properties in the City of London (the Square Mile) during the so-called \Big Bang\ era of financial deregulation. Then known as Debenham Tewson & Chinnocks, this international property advisory firm was at the time one of the \Big Four\ chartered surveying firms in the UK now transformed into the global DTZ brand.
