• In charge of overall factory management with sole authority and responsibility with reporting directly to Members of the Board of Company on a regular basis.

• Key responsibilities involve management, organization and optimization of all departments within the company to operate as efficiently as possible and to minimize losses in order to achieve production and profitability target and to prepare accordingly for future threats and opportunities within the market.

• Emphasis on sustainable business model with continuous improvement and development of key personal and systematic method of controlling technical standard, quality, planning, production, procurement, finance and related discipline in order to be as competitive as possible and operating within suitable work culture and environment.

• Plan and prioritize production schedule of existing and incoming projects belonging to both Kaskal and company within the group on an equal basis in order to achieve agreed deliverables in a timely manner and to an acceptable standard and quality.

• Coordination with company within the groups and departments with regards to project and capacity forecasting, preliminary and material cost, schedule and method statement and as part of project planning and execution process.

• To optimize existing organization and facilities as well as to anticipate and implement future readiness of factory for matters including but not limited to hardware, research and development, software, capacity and production capability and for all stages of production process in order to remain competitive and to achieve pre-determined annual Production and Profitability Targets in accordance with Kasem Group policy.

• Sales and Marketing for 3rd Party Projects.

Set up this new company in 2009 specially for the execution of projects in Bangkok.

Managed two companies in Thailand from 2009 to 2012.

– Generation of yearly company budgets.
– Tender Submissions and project acquisition for Bangkok Projects
– Manage and Oversee all the activities and functions within the country to achieve results and performances, in full respect of defined objectives and polices.

Execution of 50 projects over a 6 year period ( 2007 to 2012) with a total of 965,000m2 of unitized panels produced.

Chief Operating Officer

– Assigned the senior manager and controller for the Global Architectural factory in Thailand for the execution of 14 projects from various countries from June 2014 to March 2015.

Freelance Site Engineer

Delegation of works to site engineers, concrete, carpentry, and steel fixing foremen and gangs. Site surveys, setting out and as built surveys. Maintaining concrete quality control and pour inspection reports.

Engineering Surveyor/Site Supervisor

Canary Wharf/Bentalls Center/Observatory Gardens, London.

Provided survey and engineering checks for reinforced concrete and steel frames structures,marine and ground piles, concrete split forms, external facade cladding and internal finishes.

Monitoring of building movements during construction and deformation surveys of retained facades

Chanel Tunnel Freight Inspection Facility/High Speed Line/ London Underground ARM Contract.

Mass fill surveys and datum control for railway construction. Checking of high speed lines. Supervision of building construction for rail/underground buildings, facilities and security systems.
