Provided project management services to SHSB for Cyberjaya (2000 – 2004), Prolink for Nusajaya (1997 – 2000), Labuan Development Authority (1998-1999) and other entities including UEM for the construction of the 1998 Commonwealth Games’ Game Village at Bukit Jalil, government agencies including the Armed Forces for the Sepangar Project and other proposed projects to agencies including the National Housing Department, Universiti Pertanian (now Universiti Putera) and Prolink for sub developments at Nusajaya

Helmed the Special Building Unit under the Local Government Department with portfolios including advisor to the Local Authorities on matters pertaining to Street, Drainage and Building Act, Uniform Building By-Laws; member to various committees to review the Housing Developer\’s Act, Housing Developer\’s Regulations; Street, Drainage and Building Act, Uniform Building By-Laws and co-author to the first draft of the Building Maintenance and Management Act. Member of the committee which prepared the MS on access to building for the Disabled, prepared guidelines for the reference to local authorities through out Malaysia on development and legal matters; presented papers in forums including National Council for Local Government, Municipal Council Meeting and District Council Meeting; and seminar organised by the local authorities and industrial body
