Manufacturing Engineer

Manage and plan manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment. Develop new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Design tooling, fixtures and gauges. Establish Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP); conduct pre-production pilot run and training for associates. Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements. Liaise on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development. Lead/Support continuous improvement projects Support Request for Quote (RFQ) proposal development and process Current Process Owner for GE Leap-X Engine Casing, CFM 56 Engine Casing and Pratt & Whitney (Canada) Engine Casing Additional Role(s): Process Owner for P11TF12 Critical hole making (Conventional Machining as a form of Special Process)

Quality Assurance Intern

Ensure Quality Standards are upheld as per generic customer regulations and process results from various Non-Destructive Processes to decide if the supplied engine casing is in best of quality for shipment upon manufacturing.
