Leader Shopdrawing, Method of Statement

• Receives, checks, controls issuance of document and uploads documents Drawings from the Contractor.
• Conduct and make the Shop drawings, prepared to provide information which assists in confirmation of the intent of the design and to provide suppliers, fabricators or manufacturers with information which assists them in making the required components.
• Verified materials, field measurements, and field construction criteria.
• Checked and coordinated the information in the shop drawings with the contract requirements.
• Checked discrepancies between the issue drawings and the contract requirements.
• Designed specifically the drawings for structural elements and individual components, special connections or equipment.
• Make the schedule of project, managing , updating and fixing it when needed, to ensure the project within timeline. Always attending the weekly meeting with project manage and construction team adjusting the schedule of project.
• Discuss with the construction team, coordinate and design the method of statement for every item on site, to describe the methodology involved in construction works and to detail the steps to be taken in meeting the technical standards and HSSE requirements of Petrochemical Complex in South of Vietnam.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Asisting Quantity Section to make IPC every month

Vice Team Leader Payment Office

• Managing contracts (contract signed between the Contractor and the Client, between the Contractor and Sub-contractors…).
• Observing income and expenditure accounts and settling the Project’s expenses; Managing assets and expenses of the Contractor;
• Making balance account of the Contract’s Value with the Client and partners.
• Observing payment between the Contractor and the Client, or between the Contractor and execution units.
• Controlling completed works following as-built drawings submitted by execution units. Procuring and furnishing materials, equipment or tools…in accordance with quality, quantity and technical specifications

Chief Engineer

• Responsible for the control of engineering drawings and documents. Ensure that it is updated and maintained.
• Ensuring that Project Quality Plan are implemented and followed.
• Develop and maintain standards and systems to ensure the quality of products and processes.
• Monitor quality performance and take actions to improve this where necessary.
• Conduct and make the Shop drawings, prepared to provide information which assists in confirmation of the intent of the design and to provide suppliers, fabricators or manufacturers with information which assists them in making the required components.
• Design the method of statement for every item on site, ensure safety, quality, effect.
• Checked discrepancies between the issue drawings and the contract requirements
• Attend weekly coordination meeting with client and supervision consultannts to discuss quality concerns & to give corrective actions.
• Managing contracts (contract signed between the Contractor and the Client, between the Contractor and Sub-contractors…)
• Making balance account of the Contract’s Value with the Client and partners
• Observing payment between the Contractor and the Client, or between the Contractor and execution unitsexecution units

Quantity Surveyor

• Responsible for the control of engineering drawings and documents. Ensure that it is updated and maintained.
• Ensuring that Project Quality Plan are implemented and followed.

• Monitor quality performance and take actions to improve this where necessary.

Quality Control Inspector

• In charge Quality Control for construction work
• Develop and maintain standards and systems to ensure the quality of products and processes.
• Monitor quality performance and take actions to improve this where necessary.
• Conduct inspection together with the Client representative especially for those critical and complex work
• Review of Method Statement and Procedures.
• Implement communication strategy to ensure awareness of quality across all departments.
• Monitor external quality standards and implement these within the organization.
• Attend weekly coordination meeting with the client and supervision consultannts to discuss quality concerns & to give corrective actions
