Design & calculate, present to project management board and owner complex construction methods, especially.
Training & Controlling the compliance of construction techniques and quality management procedures for special structure construction.
Participate in building sample forms, spreadsheets for the implementation of construction methods and shop drawings applied to the project.
Coordinate to handle problems, support the implementation of special construction methods in projects, supervise the author.

Head of Construction Method Department

Main Tasks
• Responsible for managing the implementation of Construction Methods & Shop drawings of bidding and ongoing projects.
• Management and operation of construction methods department & shop drawing, quality management department.
• Coordinate project management / site manager to plan equipment allocation and rotation.
• Coordinate QS/ Budget / Supply of Materials and Equipment to estimate equipment costs, budget Construction measures.
• Building a system of processes- technical regulations of the company.
• Prepare constructability documents and implement construction and HSE friendly design
Other tasks
• Organize internal professional training for new engineers (when necessary).

Civil Engineer

Main Tasks
• Coordinate / Monitor technical design documents & quotations of formwork equipment suppliers (outside) in accordance with the technical requirements of projects and companies (when necessary).
• Checking drawings and explanations of engineers\’ calculations as assigned by the Head of Department.
• Coordinate with external technical design and verification units in the verification / appraisal of construction solutions (calculations) for projects.
• Periodically check the use and maintenance of scaffolding equipment & formwork scaffolding at projects
