Worked as a senior project engineer for Baliyo Ghar Program.
• Construction of earthquake-resistant residential buildings.
• Implementation of correction and retrofitting techniques on structurally unsafe buildings.
• Supervise 300 venues of 50 days of OJT training conducted in 2 phases.
• Technical inspection of the constructed building during the training
• Evaluation of the trainer for the training venue. Evaluation of the trainee.
• Attain weekly meetings with the client on the progress of the training.
• Preparing daily progress report of each venue which include training days completed, level of the building, state of the building, and projection of completion.

• Worked in a curriculum development team of 4 members including me (2 from the client and 2 from TCN) to develop a 7-day masons training, 50 days OJT training, and 3 days refresher training curriculum.
• Conducted, monitored, and evaluated different events of OJT, Mason, and short-term refresher training.

Project: Emergency Housing Reconstruction Project phase 4 (EHRP-IV). Client: JICA
• Prepare EOI based on the guidelines provided by JICA.
• prepare tender documents including both technical and financial bid.
• Worked on the development of 7 days masons training curriculum based on the guidelines published by the National Reconstruction Authority.
• After approval from government, conducted 8 7 days mason training as a trainer producing 200 skilled masons (25 from each training)
• Conducted 2 days of refresher training to already trained masons on 7 days skilled mason training.
Project: National Housing Reconstruction Project, client: Government Ministry of Urban Development MoUD).
• Worked on the cost breakdown of sample earthquake resistant building (Representable part of a building which is wall of a building from foundation to the roof including different openings) while preparing tender documents.
• Conducted 7 days training of trainers (TOT) training on Earthquake Resistant Building Technology to the civil professionals of MoUD as a master trainer.
• Conducted 20 50 days On-The-Job (OJT) training as a training supervisor in Makwanpur and Gorkha districts.
• Conducted visual inspections of 20 earthquake resistant residential buildings ranging from1000 sq.ft. to 2000 sq.ft. built during the OJT training and perform the structural analysis of the building using SAP 2000.
• Conducted 7 days skilled mason trainings for the fresher masons produced from 50 days OJT training.

Site Engineer
• Constructing 500 earthquake-resistant residential buildings, 2 community centers, and 55kms of roads.
• Working as a lead engineer in a team of 3 engineers (1 lead and 2 assistance engineers) in road construction.
• Conducting household orientation: Conducted door-to-door household orientation on the importance of earthquake-resistant building technology, type of buildings, sourcing of skilled masons, etc. covering around 700 households.
• Assisting the community and general public in the site selection of the building sites.
• My team create a building concept and design using AUTOCAD 2D and 3D and perform structural analysis using SAP2000.
• Based on the National Building Code and Housing reconstruction guidelines, issue the recommendation letter to the building permit authority which is the local council.
• Monitoring different training activities (Mason training, OJT training, refresher training) conducted by different NGOs and INGOs
• Preparing detailed building reports including the technical specification of the building and progress of overall reconstruction activities in the assigned local rural council and sending it to the district office.

Surveyor Engineer
• Performing a detailed damage assessment of earthquake-affected structures.
• Based on the damage assessment guidelines, I perform the visual inspection of 1000 (around 500 in each district) earthquake-damaged residential buildings and categorize them into Grade 1 (Severely damaged and needed to be demolished), Grade 2 (Damaged but is used after rectification) and Grade 3 (Slightly damaged and can be used after minor repairs).
• Conducting a socioeconomic survey using Computer-Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI) survey tool.
• With the help of CAPI, I conducted the socioeconomic survey of the earthquake-affected families and also report their present living conditions to a central database
