Utilized the experience in waterproofing works after such a long list projects while i was working for FDC, i ran the start-up business as a waterproofing contractor.
Choosing typical projects with heavy engineer requirements to build our team milestone together with our clients
3. Repairing works
Working with owners to do renovation works, repairing works which require creative and experienced method statement.

Division Director

1. Business Development:
– Set up waterproofing business from day 1 of waterproofing division which mainly served to Coteccons group.
– Strategy planning to develop new business from testing & sourcing building materials, to implementing at construction site and controlling the quality.
-Budgeting business plan and control P&L status, of each project to overall projects.
– Recruiting, coaching team member, the biggest team member was up to 90 engineers.
– Strategic partners with building material manufacturers
– Develop the owned brand name \LEAFSEAL\ for the company
2. Technical partner
– Instructing & approving every method statement of waterproofing works/ flooring works/ roofing works and repairing works.
– Complaint handling of all technical matters
-Technical training to all engineers and sales staff

Chief Engineer

1. Supervise structure works such as:
Implementing shop drawings, supervising sub-contractors on piling works, excavating works, installing formworks & rebars.
Supervising concrete works: casting, curing, quality control
2. Supervise fit-out works such as: masonry works, screeding, tiling, painting, gypsum board works.
3. Lanscape: working with sub-contractors

Billing to owners monthly
