I worked as a surveyor and main areas of work were within the Agency Department focusing on transactional activity acting and consulting on behalf of a number of key clients.

Experience included below but not limited to:

– Working as part of a team acquiring office space for a variety of clients including corporations, FDI\’s, start-ups and semi-state companies.
– Managed sales and lettings for a variety of clients.
– Creation and management of marketing campaigns, managing outsourced designers, service providers and creating and tracking existing budgets.
– Providing regular daily and weekly updates to existing client base. Providing consultancy reports on existing market conditions and additional options available based on client\’s requirements.
– Creation of marketing strategy reports for pitching future business, to include analysis of current market, advised strategies, projected budgets and timescales.
– Creation and management of website and social media platforms on behalf of company.
