Main responsibilities:
– To collaborate with C&C department to estimate the project cost based on design to consultant BoD;
– To evaluate and control design output during design and review periods;
– To check all project drawings, calculations and reports before issuance;
– To lead the structural team and design consultants;
– To identify the needs and technical requirements of the projects including high-rise building, resorts;
– To optimize structures to decrease cost and time by special methods;
– To manage and control BOQ of all vendors/ subcontractors to ensure the cost aligns the approved budget;
