Main Job Scope:
1. Involved in the management & coordination of Project EKVE (Approx RM30 Mil.) and SILK P2 (Approx RM80 Mil.)
2. Monitoring of project income & expenditures by generating monthly reports to visualise the financial status of the project.
3. Monitoring of Construction Work Programmes & Typical cycles to ensure project productivities are met and project are completed within the shortest time.
4. Monitoring of site project progress by highlighting any progress delay or issue.
5. Coordination of Tendering Process (Preparation of Tender & Budget Cost Analysis) of Project EKVE.
6. Preparation of Material Budget Cost Analysis Report to monitor material cost spent and monthly under / over budget.

Assistant Project Coordinator

Worked in a licensed land and engineering surveying company which offer survey services, services of land consulting and housing development as well as provide accurate geospatial and information data.
