SMC MANUFACTURING VIETNAM 1ST FACTORY RENOVATION

1. Receive the assigned work from the Project Manager.
2. Planning and coordinate with Subcontractor and Design, MEP team.
3. Involve in all stages of executive construction time of project from beginning till hand over project.
4. Make schedule and detail safety plan for construction work do not affect to processing work of Client Factory.
5. Supervise, inspect construction works on site with carefully checking to make sure quality of each work of sub-contractors.
6. Update schedule, tracking daily work and report to Line Manager.
7. In-charge of control Staff list to register working inside Factory of Client.
8. Make 3 on-site plan, COVID prevention plan and regulation for working at project due to construction time same with pandemic time.
9. Take care the QA, QC document, Material Approval, Method of Statement.

Civil Engineer

WINK TRAN PHU HOTEL & WINK TRAN HUNG DAO HOTEL (20 FLOORS)

1. Take care pre-cast structure work of Curve Wall for toilet and Decor Panel for 2 Wink Hotel projects at Beton6 factory (Binh Duong).
2. Monitor and coordinate with sub contractors to carrying out mock-up work for toilet for Client checking before mass work. Feed back to design team for improvement details.
3. Supervise, inspect construction works on site with carefully checking to make sure quality of each work.
4. Make plan and schedule for fabrication and delivery from Binh Duong to Da Nang.
5. Update schedule, tracking daily work and report to Line Manager.
6. Check the QA, QC document, Method of Statement for Curve Wall work and Decor Panel work (fabrication and installation).

LIXIL THE NEW CONSTRUCTION OF LGMV TILE PLANT (55,000 M2)

1. Take care pre-cast structure work of project at Beton6 factory.
2. Monitor and daily coordinate with sub contractors to carrying out construction work smoothly and safety from the beginning till hand over project.
3. Supervise, inspect construction works on site with carefully checking to make sure quality of each work.
4. Make plan and schedule so that everyone can work efficiently and safely.
5. Update schedule, tracking daily work and report to Line Manager.
6. Check the QA, QC document, Method of Statement.

1. Daily coordinate meeting with subcontractors to make sure works are carried out smoothly and keep schedule.
2. Participate in all stages of executive construction time of project from substructure up to superstructure and finishing work.
3. Monitor and update schedule to report Chief Engineer, Construction Manager, Project Manager.
4. Site patrol, request & instruct sub-cons follow our working plan, safety rules.
5. Inspect every step of construction works before continue next works.
6. Request & support sub-cons to make QC document of each work properly. Checking carefully all document before storage.

1. Take part in all final stages of project from finishing work, interior decoration, cleaning work and inspection before hand over to client.
2. Daily coordinate meeting with subcontractors to make sure finishing works are carried out smoothly and keep quality.
3. Monitor and update schedule to report Chief Engineer, Construction Manager, Project Manager.
4. Site patrol, request & instruct sub-cons follow our working plan, safety rules.
5. Inspect carefully every step of works before continue next works.
6. Preparing and checking carefully all handover document before handover to client.
