International Level Coaching

ICF accredited ACSTH level training in Life Coaching. During this course, I learn theoretically about basic principles and tools of life coaching, as well as about working frameworks and ethics. I apply the learnt theory to practice on the practical supervised sessions as part of this training. The instant frequent practice helps gain experience in building coaching relationships and develop confidently the skill set of a professional life coach.

Intense Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy

During this course, I learn solid basics in psychotherapy and counselling theory and skills. I build up awareness about different modalities as well as develop essential therapeutic skills through application of theory on practice sessions and group work. The environment created by group discussions and skills practice encourages me to examine my patterns, enhance my ability to self-reflect on the thoughts, emotions and experiences.

Joined Costain Skanska Joint Venture on Paddington Crossrail project. Managed a Station signage package delivery at the fit-out stage, responsible for construction works and resource planning, subcontractor and materials management, as well as other ad hoc tasks ensuring timely delivery.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Seconded as Graduate Quantity Surveyor to Cog Moors Waste Water Treatment Works project.

Highlights:
• Developed non-standard complex budget forecast solution for major work package as part of site self-delivery project; the solution was the used as a base in a dispute with a client
• Created from scratch self-delivery labour budget forecast for major Welsh Water Alliance project
• Self-led a site engineering 1 dpw internship at Lower Neuadd Dam Discontinuance project assisting Site Engineer with surveying, management and design tasks.

Graduate Planner

I work with Skanska UK as a Graduate Planner on Welsh Water framework in Newport, Wales. Responsible for planning the construction programmes at different project stages for a number of Wales wide schemes ranging from Water Treatment Plants to Dam discontinuance.
