Responsibility for implementing project as per the construction drawing and contract requirement.
Monitoring and ensuring the progress of construction works is on schedule and complies with the required quality standard.
Liaising with Architects and Consultants on technical matters in relation to construction works.
Understanding and complying with authority regulations in the inspection of construction works, preparing sufficient inspection documents and records to form sufficient handover documents for the projects.
Taking charge of company improvement programs such as Green Plan, ESG, ISO 14001:2015

Site Manager

Project: Renovation BigC Dĩ An, BigC Đà Nẵng, BigC Đà Lạt
Making BOQ ( construction field) and technical part for tendering project (BigC Lào Cai, Top Market Âu Cơ)
Managing site team ( 3 – 5 people)
Directly reporting to site manager and project manager.
Making plans for subcontractors
Supervising and ensuring quality, schedule, budget of site
Checking drawings and supporting finds an efficient method of statement, shopdrawing for site.
Taking part in HSE in site
Inspecting and handing over to owner and consultant
Supporting manager seeks subcontractors.
Implementing As-built document, preparing for pre-project such as submission material or MOS, SD

Site Engineer

Project : Vinhomes Grand Park, Block L5
Directly reporting to deputy site manager
Making plan for subcontractors
Calculating the bill to subcontractors
Supervising and ensuring the quality of steel, formwork and concrete
Checking drawings and supporting finds an efficient method for site.
Being a part of HSE in site
