– CapMetro Equitable Transit Oriented Development studies for Project Connect in Austin, Texas. Worked on a neighborhood level data analysis for various areas in Austin for the new proposed Project Connect Transit line and assessing equitable development

– JEDCO Churchill Park Redevelopment Master Plan, Jefferson Parrish, worked on a master plan strategy for the mixed used development and the real estate equity analysis for future growth.

– Clark County Innovation District Conceptual development with the LA studio in Clark County, Las Vegas

– Baton Rouge Florida Corridor Plan and multi-stakeholder engagement analysis

Urban Design Fall Intern

Worked on JEDCO Churchill Park Phasing and Implementation Strategy Plan in New Orleans, Jefforson Parrish.

Developed Texas A&M Central Texas Campus Master Plan in Killeen, Texas, design framework plan and phasing strategy with a vision, design principles, impact metrics and design guidelines for a 10 year vision plan.

Worked on the development of a Las Vegas Innovation District\’s contextual data analysis with GIS and developing plans for stakeholder analysis and collaboration. Collaborated with a team of highly talented architects, urban designers, planners and consults from the Austin and Los Angeles PW office.

Worked on various scales of architectural, interiors and urban projects:

– Adaptive Reuse of Ice Factory, Ballard Estate, Mumbai: Documented the existing Heritage Ice Factory, worked on the entire concept to execution stage process of the design, handled client meetings, consultants, worked on various innovative details and working drawings and understood the streetscape of of Calicut and Cochin Streets of Mumbai.

– Ballard Estate Urban Regeneration: Worked on the mapping, public participatory planning and design proposals of regenerating the urban voids and dead spaces of ballard pier area of Mumbai.

– World Build and Out of the Shadows Exhibition Project

– Adhiraj Township: Worked on various scale of concepts and design execution of the largest residential township of Navi Mumbai.

– Kothari World School, Lonavala: Worked on concept stage, master planning, design stage, consulted various sustainability consultants and client requirements for the project with innovative use of rammed earth and landscape

– Hyderabad Preschool: Worked on the complete design of 2 adaptive reuse projects of converting a bungalow into a open urban play area and a preschool for children with innovative use of bamboo.
