    3. Better jobs and increasing inclusiveness
    4. Resilience and responding to emerging economic issues
    5. Strengthening economic institutions.

    As Executive Director, I hold overall responsibility to drive and deliver success of the ($80-100 million) program/facility, in the direction set by DFAT, maintaining oversight and accountability for achievement of outcomes and over all its engagement areas. I am the public face of the facility and have a significant role in creating its profile and drawing interest and participation into the aid investment. Central to the role is establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with the broad range of stakeholders, including the highest levels of the host government, and providing high level leadership to the facility’s management team comprised of local and expatriate staff.
