Transportation Engineer/ Road Safety / Designer

– Provide technical expertise in traffic engineering, transportation planning and road safety engineering to meet project requirements.
– Carry out technical requirements of transportation projects including site investigation, design, traffic impact assessments, crash analysis, safety auditing, crash reduction study, intersection design and capacity analysis, traffic calming improvements, project feasibility, estimates, economic assessments and preparation of technical reports.

– Planning and organizing the 12th Conference of Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies (with 700 plus delegates from over 20 countries)
– Liaising with agencies in Hanoi, HCM City and Binh Duong for implementing activities; with local and international organizations for partnership and sponsorship

Taking major responsibility in two road safety projects:
– Building regulations and design standards for powered-two-wheel lanes (Client: Institute of Road Transport Engineers), final report submitted Feb 2017.
– Studying and building guidelines on road safety for Binh Duong province (which includes proposing methods on evaluate cost-benefit of road safety countermeasures), interim report submitted Feb 2017.

Traffic Modeler/Traffic Engineer

– Successfully worked with Clients, relevant authority agencies (MOT, DOT and so on) to facilitate the projects (local, national and ODA projects), then implement and deliver projects
