Creation and implementation of a technical center:

– Audit of real estate assets
– Development and monitoring of schedules and budgets
– Project management throughout the national territory (major renovations in occupied IDF sites / Nice and Toulouse)
– Creation and management of calls for tenders from service providers and/or suppliers
– Contract management and invoicing monitoring
– Interaction with the wealth management team and the client
– Carrying out projects in compliance with current standards (DTU /ERP/PMR/…)
