Product Development & Customer Success:

Identify pain areas, opportunities and potential solution offerings by industry/domain with business impact.
Contribute to new solution development, develop transformation tools and templates, productivity enhancement solutions/product ideation.

Lead - Projects & IT

• Developing and deploying key execution strategies across the business.
• Mapping client’s requirements and providing the best solutions involving evaluation and definition
of the scope of project and finalization of project requirements.
• Holding review meetings to ensure timely completion and delivery of the project to the client.
• Accountable for end to end management from product conceptualization and visualization to
technology mapping and final execution of projects.

Risk and Project Management, Diagnose and Design a new Management Control System (MCS), Used Short Interval Control (Lean Management), System efficiency, Daily Compliance, and Audits. Trained and Lead young ambitious Saudi Engineers to join our program.

Construction of Phase 2A of developing the security headquarters which includes 7 sites in 9 plots at different locations (Dammam road, Barshaa, and King Fahd Security College).
A total plot of 1,723,175 m2.
– Supervise all construction executions according to structural and architectural shop drawings.
– Following up with all finishing subcontractors
– Responsible for sending and attending civil and architectural inspections on site.
– Managing and coordinating all manpower and material required for the execution work.
