Mr. Harvey proudly serves Porous Pave, Inc., as a golf industry technical consultant with Porous Pave’s Bunker Liner System called Sand Guard. This bunker lining system is a permeable, poured in-place, 1″ thick, rubber-rock and proprietary binder product mixed within the vicinity of the bunker feature that helps with drainage efficacy, while protecting bunker sand from washouts, erosion, subsoil and gravel contamination and is flexible in freeze/thaw conditions. Sand Guard has 27% void space and allows 9,300 inches of rain per hour to pass through the liner.

Professional services involved environmental course design and consulting for new and existing courses in the US and abroad. While working with Mr. Rulewich, many projects involved regulatory negotiations and alternative analysis recommendations for the development of golf on mine sites, brownfileds and reclamation along with courses associated with inland and costal wetland properties. Renovation, remodeling and restoration of existing courses were also an important part of the business.
